A 1000 sqm building construction for a 15 apartment complex.
The project refers to a corner plot land of a total 260 sqm area, that may deliver a total 1000 sqm building, under a footprint of 160 sqm area. The scope is the design & construction of a 15-apartment complex....
The residential identity of the surrounding leads to a common 7 floor building concept of apartments through a “random veranda block” repetition to state the basic façade. Planting has been added in certain places on the elevations to create a green wall in front of many small functional openings. Wooden exterior ceilings complete the fa-çade in a delicate form giving an attracting final look. Verandas are fully compatible with the interiors giving the most suitable functionality & accessibility.
Cosy but minimal interiors deliver balanced two-floor apartments that provide an easy everyday life that gives the user what they really need out of space and volume.
