A 7500 sqm industrial building makeover to an 100 suite apartment complex.
The existing building construction has been executed in 1980 for industrial purposes, in three floors of 2300 sqm each. Later on, a forth floor with a roof was added to the building for residential reasons. The building is ideal to carry any kind of additional load due to the quality of the reinforced concrete parts of the building....
It may provide around 100 apartments, on the size of 60 sqm to 80 sqm of each apartment. The "as abuilt" interiors consist of dry walling parts, easy to demolish and offer a new space to develop a new layout. There is an additional land of 1800 sqm next to the property to be added for parking purposes in a very low price.
