Omirou | Studio Apartment

This apartment has been fully renovated in a way to combine the style from the existing residential building of the 60s with the new trends and was set up to serve day rental purposes. The long and narrow plan of the existing apartment was not helpful for the new concept, yet, the «two side» perspective guided the result.

The partly open plan kitchen, the change of use of the wc to a shower room and the replacing of the dining room enhanced the functionality needed. All the home appliances (kitchen & bathroom) have been changed, mosaic old flooring turned to concrete mortar, partly walling has been demolished to give space and the appropriate minimal design continuity and perspective.
