Koukaki | Convertible Apartment

This project refers to a partly renovation of an existing “under construction” one bedroom 75 sqm apartment which had serious operating issues. The clients demand was to receive a flat with two bedrooms and a proper dinning room. In order to succeed, we had to rearrange the main orientation of the apartment, transferring some basic functions from one place to another. The key was the replacement of the kitchen to a better position, as well as the creation of a new corridor to restore the circulation of the whole apartment.

For this project, we had to find solutions that would give us the best possible result in a low budget renovation. Glossy finishing, wall papers, decorated glass surfaces, smart lighted false ceilings and cozy wall colors delivered the appropriate result.
