Kolonaki | Garden Lux Apartment

This apartment is the result of a total reconstruction of the basements storage spaces in a residential building in Kolonaki. The basic idea was to connect three different storage rooms to create an open plan apartment providing the maximum functionality of the spaces through the connection of bedroom and living room. Most part of the interior was demolished and reconstructed following the new concept. Sliding walls, advanced false ceiling systems, glass surfaces, concrete mortar flooring, custom design equipment (kitchen, closets etc) are able to deliver the final result meeting not only our preferences but also the client’s demands.
