The project refers to a really small corner 30 sqm flat with two elevations from the road, that make it difficult to place any kind of furniture in order to get the result of a functional apartment. The relation with the road is direct, There is a small wc near the entrance that needs expansion. There is also a stair near the entrance that must be included inside the new plan. The floor looks like a mosaic one. The wood partition that splits the space in two will disappear. Also the beam near the entrance, along with the columns must get inside a concept and almost disappear.

The purpose of the planning solution refers to the creation of independent spaces for living room and bedroom, despite the small size of the apartment and the lack of partitions. Also, the bathroom must serve the functionality of the entire apartment, having the appropriate size, use and entrance. Kitchen must be smart positioned at a place of non disturbance. Closets must be sufficient, laundry machine is needed, dinning table must show up in some way, lighting and shading must also be effective, decoration and equipment should complement the constructional details, shapes and volumes. The windows have to serve the light and the view but not steal from the useful surfaces.
