Antiparos | Summer vacation Residence

The project refers to the design & construction of a Summer Villa on the Hill of Agios Georgios Antiparos. Rocky areas alternate with low green cycladic planting on a slope looking across the sea over Despotiko island.

A land of total 1000 sqm area offers the potential to a 300 sqm house to lay over it having 5 bedrooms, spa unit and cosy outdoors along the infinity pool in the center. Stone and handmade plaster materials combine with olive trees and smooth concrete surfaces to give a cool relaxing atmosphere ideal for summer vacations in front of a breath taking view.
